Inspirational theme: I often title my works considering the process of creation, and "Disruptive Energy" is no exception. There are many phases, during, and even after the completion of the work. To achieve this complex intricate web of gestalt art, many emotions came to the surface, some, encouraged and instigated by the music and voice of Thom Yorke and his favorite band, Radiohead.
It was almost exasperating to have the canvas finished, with a certain aesthetic perspective and suddenly feel an inner force emerge, with a will of its own and armed with an abrupt and instinctive energy. sometimes hard, cold, and implacable and that made me throw paint with fervor and in a frenetic impulse, dismantling the old, starting over, destroying what was beautiful and harmonious and that became tortuous, unsightly, disturbing.
